Filter Bag Description
COX Filter Cloth use quality polyester fibre, uses introduced equipment to manufacture PE (polyester) fiber needle punched filter felt. Needle polyester filter fabrics are produced with advanced and introduced equipment.
Polyester filter bags are the most versatile, most cost effective and most widely used filter medium for dust collection.
PES Bag Advantage
COX Polyester filter fabric have high porosity, good permeability, high effective dustcollecting, long using-life etc. And have good resistance to common acids, solvents and oxidizing agents.
Common character as ordinary filter felt have. Besides, owing to its medial temperature resistance (can teach to 150℃ in short time), medial anti-acid and anti-alkali, especially its excellent anti-abrasion.
Fabric Treatement
There are kinds finish treatment can be divided into singeing, calendering, ptfe membrane, anti static or coated can valide according to different working conditions.
