COX Filter Cloth selects excellent polyester fibers which has a higher melting point than PP Filter Bag(filter fabric) making it ideal for hot oil and other applications up to 135℃; PE Filter Bag(filter fabric) is generally compatible with most fluids except those that are strongly alkaline or strongly acidic.
The needle polyester filter filter fabrics are produced with advanced and introduced equipment.This kind of product possess high porosity, good permeability, high effective dust collecting, long using-life etc. Common character as ordinary filter felt have.
Owing to Polyester Filter Bag(filter fabric) have medial temperature resistance (can teach to 150℃ in short time), medial anti-acid and anti-alkali, especially its excellent anti-abrasion, polyester needle punched filter felt have the largest quantity. The surface treatment can be add into singeing, calendering and coated according to different working conditions.
